Two-Stage Series

All fifteen models in the Frascold two-stage compressor series can reach high levels of cooling power and efficiency for the entire system. This is possible thanks to the innovative liquid sub-cooling system, provided on every single model in the series.

The perfect mechanical sizing of each component makes our two-stage compressors the ideal choice for low temperature and deep-freezing applications where extreme reliability is paramount.

By eliminating external pipes, the compressor is quite compact and great for a range of operating limits. Best of all, these units operate in almost complete silence.

Exclusive Motor Cooling System

The exclusive Frascold motor cooling system on these units means the motor is only powered with the exact quantity of fluid required to cool the motor. This helps prevent a range of possible issues such as the formation of ice on the motor, damage from oxidation, condensation in the electrical board, and liquid stagnation.

Liquid Sub-Cooling Kit

All models in the two-stage series can be equipped with a liquid sub-cooler which can be supplied separately or pre-installed and connected to the compressor.

Smaller Footprint By Design

Thanks to the elimination of external pipes, Frascold’s two-stage compressors are extremely compact and versatile in a wide variety of uses. This advancement makes them easier to adapt to different types of systems as efficiently as possible.

Near Silent Operation

The extremely quiet operation is a product of the dual liquid injection specifically designed to allow excellent operation, high performance, and reduced noise levels simultaneously.

Optimized Liquid Injection

The optimized liquid injection of Frascold two-stage compressors allows an instant mix of the compressed gas and the injected liquid, which also prevents it from reaching the valve plate. This makes extremely high performance and operating efficiency possible.
