All the models in this Frascold two-stage compressor series, available with UL certification, can reach high levels of cooling power and efficiency for the entire system. This is possible thanks to the innovative liquid sub-cooling system, provided on every single model in the series. T

he excellent mechanical sizing of all the components makes Frascold two-stage compressors the perfect choice for highly reliable low temperature and deep-freezing applications.

Thanks to the elimination of external pipes, the compressor is compact and suitable for many operating limits, all accompanied by complete silence.

Advantages
Exclusive motor cooling system

Through the exclusive cooling system, only available on Frascold compressors, the motor is only powered with the exact quantity of fluid required to cool the motor. This helps prevent and avoid various problems, such as the formation of ice on the motor, damage from oxidation, condensation in the electrical board and liquid stagnation.

Liquid sub-cooling kit

All models in the two-stage series can be equipped with the liquid sub-cooler, which can be supplied separately or pre-installed and connected to the compressor.

Compact design

Thanks to the elimination of external pipes, Frascold two-stage compressors are extremely compact and versatile in their field of use, adapting to every type of system as best as possible.

Quietness

The extremely quiet operation is guaranteed by the dual liquid injection specifically designed to allow excellent operation of the compressor and high performance.

Optimised liquid injection

The excellent liquid injection of Frascold two-stage compressors allows an instant mix of the compressed gas and the injected liquid, while also preventing it from reaching the valve plate. This guarantees high performance and high-quality operation.
